my journey has always been intertwined with the arts, movement, and nature.
With over 20 years of performing experience and over a decade teaching yoga and voice, I draw on a lifetime of creative exploration to guide others in finding their authentic expression.
From singing to performing contemporary theater and circus arts in Australia, and co-founding a street trapeze company in Paris, my path has been a rich tapestry of artistic and holistic discovery. Today, I share this knowledge through the Taika Method—a holistic approach I developed to help you connect with your body, voice, creativity, and nature.
